How the service pages work
Each service page below describes the work covered in full. It includes the fee, a realistic duration for the matter as a whole and for each stage within it, a list of documents to prepare before the first meeting, and a plain explanation of what Holt Blend Park will provide and when.
If the scope of your matter is unclear — for example, if you are not sure whether a company formation is straightforward or involves complications — the initial contact by email is the right first step. There is no charge for that exchange.

Corporate Formation and Governance
¥40,000 JPY
Support in establishing a company and setting its internal arrangements. Covers entity type selection with the practical differences explained, articles of incorporation, shareholder agreements where more than one party is involved, and the meeting and record-keeping obligations that follow.

Employment Documentation Review

Preparation and review of employment contracts, work rules and internal policies. Addresses the requirements applying to workplaces of different sizes and the terms most often drafted imprecisely — including fixed overtime allowances and transfer clauses.

Inheritance and Estate Arrangement

Assistance in preparing a will, arranging an estate in advance, or administering a division after a death. Covers statutory shares, the treatment of real property and business interests, and the procedural steps required at each stage. Approached with attention to family circumstances.

A response to your initial email or call within two working days, confirming whether the matter is within Holt Blend Park's scope and what the next step involves.
Document checklist before first meeting
A list of what to prepare before the first meeting, so the meeting itself can be spent on the substance of the matter.
Written summary after first meeting
A written record of the available paths, the law that applies, and what each option means in practice — provided after the first meeting as part of the service.
Progress updates at each stage
Communication at each procedural step, without waiting for the client to follow up. If a stage takes longer than expected, the reason and the revised expectation are communicated promptly.
Closing summary
At the close of each matter, a written summary of the outcome and any ongoing obligations is provided for the client's records.
Fee stated before instruction
The fee for each service is on this page and on the relevant service page. It does not change unless the scope of the matter changes materially, and any such change is communicated in writing before it applies.

All fees stated in Japanese yen, inclusive of the work described on each service page. Fees do not include government registration charges or notarial fees, which vary by matter and are communicated in advance when applicable.
