Response time
We aim to reply within two working days. During extended holiday periods in Japan this may extend slightly, but we will let you know if that applies.
Types of enquiries
We accept enquiries in civil, corporate and property matters. This includes company formation, employment documentation, inheritance and estate planning. Matters outside these areas are politely declined.
No commitment
Making contact creates no legal relationship or obligation. Instruction only begins when a written agreement is signed. Until that point, you are under no obligation of any kind.
